TEAM BUILDING and INCENTIVE GROUPS

The Caleta Hotel is pleased to announce that we have negotiated on your behalf the best price possible for team building and incentive events.

The following activities can be arranged for your conference/incentive/team building groups.

Please note that these prices may vary but were correct at the time of being posted on our website.

We have outlined some options in and around Gibraltar for your consideration:

Deep Sea Fishing from Tarifa port for approximately 4 hours (morning or afternoon), each boat takes a team of 5-6 adults.

The owner of the fleet is German, most other captains are Spanish, and all are very accommodating. Drinks and snacks are provided for you on board, cost is 70 Euros per person. This has always been a great team building exercise, with the winning team catching the most fish being awarded a trophy. We can also arrange a relaxing BBQ on Tarifa beach or in one of the restaurants to cook the catches at the end of the day.

Racetrack driving days can be tailored to your individual needs. Choose between touring cars or single seater sports cars, and combined with the fun-element of speed buggies and quad bikes on dirt-tracks, 100% exhilaration is guaranteed, all under the watchful eye of highly experienced instructors.

Cost of this is €995 per person.

Paintball and Quads: these activities are available in a range of venues around Andalucia, there are two very good ones in the Tarifa/La Peña area which offer a more rugged setting, with some fantastic countryside to quad over. We would recommend quad biking in the morning for one hour, then breaking for lunch on Tarifa beach or a picnic in the Campo, then Paintballing in the afternoon. Both of these activities are approximately €30 per person per activity, although discounts are possible with larger groups.

1. Boat Trips

A brand new catamaran is being delivered to one of our suppliers this summer, licensed to carry up to 49 passengers. We offer 1 ½ hour trips, which is sufficient time to cruise around the bay of Gibraltar spotting the many species of dolphins indigenous to the area. We also offer a full rock tour on the catamaran which takes 2 ½ to 3 hours, and can arrange a guide to join you on board who will offer your guests a talk on the history of Gibraltar.

120 person sailing boat: available to take private tours for 90 minutes around Gibraltar’s west side for groups of 60 and over at a cost of €27.00 per person (minimum payment for 60 people required for exclusive sailing) Canapés are available on board at €5.00 per person, and there is a fully fitted bar where guests can purchase drinks.

150 people from Tarifa: this boat is large enough to take 200 people, has a bar and catering service, and sails from the beautiful port of Tarifa into the Atlantic ocean toward Morocco. This area has one of the largest diversity of marine wildlife, including dolphins, pilot whale, killer whales, albatross and much more. The cost of the 2 hour excursion with guide is €1800. Return coach transfers can be arranged from Alcaidesa at a cost of €990.

Total cost: €18.60 per person.

Choose between morning or afternoon sailing, or for an extra special touch, a sunset sailing!

Catering

Choose between a canapé and champagne selection, or a full buffet on board the boat, menus can be adjusted to suit your needs and budget. Alternatively, enjoy one of the restaurants on the beautiful marina including, French, Spanish, English and international.

Extra touches

After the boat trip we can arrange a cable car tour up the rock and lunch in the Cable Car Suite at the top of the rock with amazing views over the Mediterranean and Africa, this excursion costs €35 per person including cable car ride and lunch. Hire of the suite is €250.

Or take advantage of Gibraltar’s other restaurants, and just use the cable car return ticket for €10.00 return per person.

Multi adventure - lake & mountain in one - "Action-Action-Action"

This is a combination of adventure events, where teams move between two activity areas 1,5 km. apart. The move is done with drivers and vehicles. This event can host up to 300 participants and takes 3-4 hours to complete. The location for this event is the beautiful Istan lake in the Sierra Blanca, only 15 min. from Puerto Banus. Activities can be mixed according to preference, but here are some examples:

Climbing (climbing wall by the lake)

Canoeing & kayaking
Quad bike circuit (4-wheel motorbikes)
Blowgun & catapult (shooting at targets)
Abseiling and/or two cable traverse and/or rock climbing (High ropes 12-15 meters)

All necessary activity and safety equipment is provided for these events, which are supervised by qualified instructors.

Participants are divided into teams which rotate around the different stations.Additional low ropes and brainteaser stations are available on request.Location: Finca Lagoland, Barranco Blanco

Time: 4 - 6 hours.
